eCommerce Product Owner – Cross-Country Platform Harmonization

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner with a strong background in eCommerce to join our multinational WebTransition project.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and unifying eCommerce strategies across the UK, Belgium, and France, with a primary focus on employee voucher and incentives products.

Your expertise will be crucial in facilitating a seamless integration with the CommerceTools platform, streamlining user stories, and prioritizing project requests.

 

Job

Responsibilities:

  • Lead eCommerce harmonization efforts between the UK, Belgium, and France
  • Collaborate with technology teams to ensure a smooth adoption of the CommerceTools platform
  • Craft and refine user stories to align with CommerceTools’ inherent functionalities
  • Manage request prioritization and balance stakeholder expectations
  • Supervise API integrations for data aggregation and process optimization
  • Actively participate in the creation and development of project specifications

Profile needed

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrated success as a Product Owner in eCommerce platform migrations
  • Proven track record in managing international projects and working with diverse teams
  • In-depth understanding of CommerceTools and its core features
  • Experience with employee vouchers, incentives, and benefits products
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in English; French or Dutch language skills are a plus

Additional Information:

  • Start date: April 2023
  • Duration: 12-month contract
  • Location: Fully remote with occasional trips to Paris, Brussels, and London
